Due to the nature of items we sell, custom and personalized please note that all items are non-refundable.  If you find fault with an item, please reach out and we will see what we can do to fix it. All items shipped will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and we will provide you with the tracking number. Once Item is shipped it is out of our hands.
